Fees and Deposits
Application Fee: $45 per application.
Deposit: Equal to first month’s rent (No Administrative Fee). Units will be held upon receipt of deposit.
Pet Policy – Limit 2 pets per apartment
Dogs: $250 non-refundable pet fee AND $15-$25/month additional rent per pet
Cats: $150 non-refundable pet fee AND $15/month additional rent per pet

Lease Terms
Typical leases are for one year
Shorter-term leases subject to a $100/month fee
Parking
One dedicated parking space provided for each unit
(Unit availability/availability dates must be verified with property manager)
(Limit two occupants per bedroom)
